Our Community
The Agora College community is working toward a world where youth and their Anchoring adults will value interpersonal connection and substantive intellectual discourse and appreciate the diverse ways that individuals can, do, and create viable and enriching webs of support for themselves and others.
Those certified within our community will appreciate the interdependence and intersections of people, communities, and all forms of life to be able to support resilience in themselves and others, extending well into the future.
We promise all Agora College graduates will:

Two current references
Include two current references from your Anchors who can attest to your commitment to youth, their Webs of Support, and their Anchoring adults.

Declaration of Purpose
Write your Declaration of Purpose in 500 words or less, or show us in artwork, drawings, videos, photo montages, fabric art, etc.
- Explain why you would like to be certified in IYD,
- What you intend to learn about yourself and others in the College, and
- What strengths do you bring to the community?
Technology Requirements
Learners are expected to have basic technological skills, compatible computer hardware, operating system, and internet connectivity upon entrance into the College.
